Impulse:
We are a hardcore raiding guild on Daggerspine, a PvP server. Impulse is currently the #1 guild on the server, and we intend to keep it that way. We have had every server first since Burning Crusade was released, and we plan to still have every server first when WotLK is released.

Our members' age averages somewhere around 23. Guild chat and vent can get rough, and that's the way we like it. If you're easily offended then this is not the guild for you.

We are also very blunt about constructive criticism, if you like things wrapped in sugar coating, this is MOST DEFINITELY not the place for you. If you make a mistake, you will be called out on it.

Raid Times:
We currently raid from 6-10:30pm Pacific time, Sunday through Thursday. Sometimes an hour or 2 on weekends but its not very often. MAKE SURE YOU CAN MAKE THESE RAID TIMES BEFORE APPLYING.

Gear Requirements and Raiding Experience:
We are looking only for exceptional players. Not only are you expected to know your own class and class-specific role, but you should know how you fit in with the rest of the raid. Know how fights work in advance. Learn quickly, and don't make the same mistake twice. Someone who is going to die to rain of fire for the bajillonth time has no place here.

Raiding Etiquette and DKP:
Don't be someone who will constantly AFK, show up late, or come unprepared. You are expected to make 90% of our raids. While we may no longer need full consumables and an optimal PvE spec for all fights, you are expected to be prepared with both on any given raid night.

If you are not able to make a raid, you are required to post on the forums, failure to do so will be penalized with DKP. Being on time to raids is also rewarded with DKP. We also allow members who do not get into raids to be on the Wait List and accumulate DKP.

Currently loot is distributed by a silent bid DKP system.

Cross server transfers are welcome, but please don't transfer until you have heard back from us.
